You may or may not have heard of Nicalis, but chances are you’ve at least caught a glimpse of one of their mobile games.
Having brought both Rock Revolution and Dance Dance Revolution to the handheld talky device (and also with a Wiigame game in the works, ‘Cave Story’), they’ve announced the presence of a new project, ‘Night Game’.
Simply described as ‘an action-puzzle game that focuses on providing players with an ambient gameplay experience unlike any other’, it’s basically another ball-rolling game with ‘realistic physics’ (see Spectrball or I-Fluid).
We’re promised that it will be ‘all about the experience’. Of course, it was nominated at this year’s Independent Games Festival in two different categories, so it can’t be that bad.
