The Global Game Jam begins today!
Taking part in 53 different cities of the world over the course of 48 hours, participants will be asked to make a game in the 48-hour time limit. At the end they must submit whatever they have created.
With the likes of Petri Purho and the guys from 2D Boy involved, we’re bound to see some very interesting results at the end. Head over to the GGJ site to watch live feeds from various locations and see how things are progressing.
In fact Kyle Gabler of 2D Boy has already made a video for the Jam, titled ‘How to Make a Game in 48 Hours’. It’s quite a tongue-in-cheek malakey, but it’s still interesting viewing. Check it out below.
